Event Terms and Conditions for Bothwell School of Witchcraft Bookings
Terms and Conditions
The following terms and conditions apply to attendees that book onto events delivered by Rogue Events Limited.
Bothwell School of Witchcraft falls under the Rogue Events Limited Events List.
1. Non attendance and cancellations
1.1 If you are unable to attend, you are liable for a full refund minus 10% for booking and admin fees of the stated ticket price up to two months before the stated start date of the event.
1.2 In the event of non-attendance you will be liable for the full cost of the ticket.
2. Payment Terms
2.1 Payment terms are stated on your invoice. Where payment has not been made by the time of the payment deadline the ticket will be cancelled.
2.2 All deposits are non-refundable after 14 days of purchase.
2.3 All payments are inclusive of 20% VAT.
3.1 Rogue Events Limited may arrange for photographs and/or video footage to be taken at events and used for promotional purposes. This may include printed documents or media, editorial coverage, advertising press and use on the internet.
3.2 Attendees who do not wish for their image to be used in this manner must notify us prior to the event.
4. Data Protection
4.1 By submitting registration details, Attendees allow Rogue Events Limited to contact you as required for the organisation and administration of the event.
4.2 Rogue Events Limited will not share your data with any third parties.
4.3 If you wish your data to be deleted, you may require Rogue Events Limited to do so and this will be executed within 7 days of request. Any request for data deletion will also resort in any ticket or outstanding orders being cancelled.
5. Entry to the event, rules and game play
5.1 Rogue Events Ltd to bar entry to any person from any of our events. Rogue Events Ltd is not obliged to give a reason why.
5.2 Rogue Events Ltd reserves the right to alter any event or game rules without prior notice. In the event of such a decision, Rogue Events Ltd will attempt to notify people as soon as possible.
5.3 Rogue Events Ltd will not be held responsible for any damages, theft or loss of property that may occur as a result of attending an event.
5.4 Rogue Events Ltd will inform the relevant authorities if anybody is found doing anything illegal.
5.5 No person under 18 years of age will be allowed on site once the event has begun without our explicit permission.
6. Health and Safety
6.1 Rogue Events Ltd accepts no responsibility for physical or psychological injuries obtained by any participants that attend an event. You will also be asked to sign a waiver form to accept these terms when you arrive at an event.
6.2 Rogue Events Ltd reserves the right to eject participants from events who are deemed to be endangering people or property, or causing other participants significant distress.
6.3 Participants that continuously (or knowingly) cause concern for the safety of others will be banned from attending future Rogue Events Limited events.
6.4 Rogue Events Ltd staff are entitled to supervise a game as they see fit, and as such, are allowed to do so free from abuse or undue questioning. Abuse directed towards staff or crew (be it of a verbal or physical nature, via SMS, on any social media platform, hand-written or via email or physical correspondence), goes against our terms and conditions, and as such Rogue Events Ltd will immediately ban such individuals from taking part in any of our events, seek recompense for any loss of earnings or from damages derived from such incident, or press charges arising from deformation of character or slanderous comments made about the system or its staff.
